Many people believe that I started out with a lot of money from my father. The truth is that when I started out in business, I was practically broke. My father didn’t give me much money, but what he did give me was the simple formula for getting wealthy: work hard doing what you love.”

Let me share a story of mine.

In 2013, I was so broke to the extent that even if you lift me up and drop me down, what will pour out of my pocket was brokenness, but I have a dream. However, I though of working so to put up some money together and work towards starting my own business. After acquiring some skills, then I said to my self “Now I can earn more money if start using this skill.”

Well, it wasn’t as I though. My attention actually shifted from using my skills to earn money. The little more I earn, so my demands got on the increased to earn more. And the further my dream of starting my business was on the shift. Then I realized money without a solid plan for business purpose won’t change any fact of whither the money is available in excess, and not until I changed such thought; it was like wandering in the wilderness by thinking.

Price Is What You Pay In Value of Your Dream

Everything has a price. You can’t have an amazing lifestyle without sacrificing something. Every successful person you know today has a “price” story to tell. There is no substitute for sacrifice when it comes to success. The price is the way.

Everybody wants to succeed at something. Whether it’s in losing weight, learning a skill, starting a podcast, writing books, or starting your life’s work. For those who have tried and failed, success seems elusive. But it’s not, if you can pick yourself up and try again.

You can live the life you want, once you are willing to pay the price. With considerable, specific, and sustained efforts over time, you can do or have most things you want in life.

The rare people who do become truly exceptional at something do so not because they believe they’re exceptional. On the contrary, they become amazing because they’re obsessed with getting results.

When you live for a strong purpose, then hard work isn’t an option. It’s a necessity.

Time Is Your Most Valuable Asset

To become truly great at something, you have to dedicate shit-tons of time and energy to it. People who achieve extraordinary results put in a lot more hours to practice than the rest of us. But while their performances and what they do are remarkable, there is no mystery at all about how they developed them. [Easily Distracted? 5 Best Tips To Overcome Distraction In Business]

They practiced. A lot. Beyond the ordinary to get to where they want to be. They paid the price.

The results and success you want could take twice as long. Don’t quit because you can’t figure out the process. Don’t quit because the price is too high. If you want it bad enough, you will find a way. Deliberate long practice has a lot to do with your success than you think.

The good news is that the sheer act of practicing more and making a commitment to your long-term goal will help you along the way. The bad news is that the obstacle or the price is the only way to the top. People quit because it takes too long to see results. If you stick to the process long enough, you will see results.

A prolific writer here at Medium once said:

“Nothing in life is free, especially your time. Everything has a cost. And when it comes to your time, the cost is heavy. You can never get even one second back.

You can live your life on purpose. You can spend your time on things you value. You can be who you intended to become. You can continue to progress and evolve, even after you’ve become successful and fulfilled.

But the price must be payed.”

“You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking.

Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just get better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle” – Steve Jobs.
